It has often been said that bees are responsible for one out of every three bites of food we eat. Honeybees are perfectly adapted to pollinate, helping plants grow, breed and produce food. Want to learn more? Join us on the farm for an evening buzzing with fun honeybee facts, honeybee care & sweet local wildflower honey samples!

Meet Donaldson Farms Beekeeper, Mark Higgins, as shares his vast experience in caring for these important pollinators and answers any questions that you may have. This workshop is designed, and perfect for, older children and adults - from curious honeybee lovers to experts who would like to learn more about the Donaldson Farms honeybees and their environment on the farm!

• This session will be held in the large white tent on the lawn area outside of our farm market.
• Honeybees will not be present.
• Honeybee Keeping & Informational Resources will be provided.
