House of Performing Arts Dance Division is a faith based dance studio teaches dance to youth ages 3 - 18 yrs of age. At HOPA we teach ballet, modern, African movement, lyrical/contemporary, hip hop and liturgical dance movement.

From the continent of Africa to the shores of America and its auction block, from the plantations to the Underground Railroad, from the Civil Rights Movement to the first black President of America…..still we Rise. HOPA’s Black History Ballet - “Black Flowing Waters”, through the art of dance, will take you through the most important history of America, Black History.
