We can all think it is hopeless in dealing with the homeless in a state where we have the HIGHEST per capita rate for homeless in the nation. We will examine the situation and give some practical tips of what you and your church can do to be part of the solution and not the apathy. River of Life Mission President, Rann Watumull, and Executive Director, Paul Gates, will speak on the crisis and give a great model of what we can do to solve it.
