Description

This class is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best BBQ competition cooks in the country!  Kyle Kuhn of Hot Daddy's BBQ has done a lot of good things in a relatively short amount of time!  Back to back Minnesota and Iowa Team of the Year.  4th place the The Jack.  3rd Place at the American Royal Invitational in 2021.  3rd Place at the KCBS World Invitational.  Top 10 in 16 out of 20 contests in 2023, with 3 Grand Championships and 1 Reserve Grand.  On top of all of these accomplishments, Kyle is an all around good guy, .....and could even be called entertaining!  

$500 per person for this two day class.   We'll start at 5:00 on Saturday night, March 16th.  We'll take a break and start back up at 6:00 a.m. Sunday morning, March 17th.  We'll run right through the normal four meat turn in schedule.  

We'll cover everything for chicken, ribs, pork shoulder and brisket!  Meat selection, trimming, injecting, ingredients, fire management, flavor management, box building, and Kyle's full competition timeline and recipes.
