Little-Mini Rules of the Road – The 12-Steps to a fun afternoon

1. No Blanks, No Timer.

2. East rolls both dice to break the wall.

3. When each game ends, East moves to next open seat at another table. You may need to wait with a monitor till a seat opens.

4. The "dice goes to the player on the right for the next game.

5. When "taking or calling" a tile from the mat, player must place tile on exposure rack and NOT in slanted part of their rack, or the player’s hand will be called "dead."

6. If you touch a tile, then it's yours.

7. Player may rearrange their new exposure, adding or subtracting a tile until they discard then the exposure is permanent.

8. Don't touch another player’s rack.

9. You must verbalize for a Joker exchange.

10. The tail may be turned on the wall in play

11. Hands will not be called “dead” unless there is a clear dead-hand situation:  (racking a tile before exposing, faux-jongg, to many tiles, to few tiles, picking ahead, etc.)

12. All decisions of the Judges are final.
