Join us at the JACC for our German Baking Classes with Doris Sandstrom, starting January 2023! Our first class in this series will be "How to Bake a Black Forest Cake". 

The Black Forest Cake is the most well known German Cake in the U.S. In this class, Doris will be teaching us how to bake the chocolate sponge, cook the cherry filling and stabilize heavy whipping cream for cakes. The grand finale will be to assemble and eat the cake!

 Saturday, January 7 at 2:30 p.m.

$58 per student.
