Program of learning:

Day 1: Buckle up, we’re going in!!

Deep analysis of the Dreaded Drama Triangle (DDT) and each of its players – the Persecutor, Victim and Rescuer.  THIS is the cycle that's driving high staff turnover, burnout, low productivity, apathy and poor behaviour.

  • Get into the head of each player
  • Develop an understanding of who they really are, their fears, their beliefs and their needs
  • What drives each one
  • The language they use
  • The language you’re unintentionally using that’s inviting them into drama
  • How to identify their behaviours professionally and personally
  • The covert tactics each role uses to camouflage themselves
  • The impact each one has on the other
  • How they interact as a whole
  • The triggers that lead us into these roles
  • Why some people require drama in their lives and the payoff they/we get
  • How drama affects your nervous system
  • Discover your own default role when under stress

Also included:

  • Interactive, small-group activities that will give you a deeper understanding of each role and the way it is playing out in your workplace.
  • Clarity on how each role draws other people into the drama cycle without realising.
  • Notebook, pen and comprehensive workbook resource.
  • Tea, coffee, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and bottled water - we will contact you to discuss food requirements.

Day 2: Your roadmap OUT of drama and INTO trust, accountability, and collaboration.

Full analysis of the antidote to drama – The Empowerment Dynamic (TED) its starring roles – the Creator, the Coach, and the Challenger.  In THIS cycle, you'll learn how to solve (and prevent) problems without blame, finger-pointing, avoidance or resistance.   This is the holy grail of behaviour and attitude change that will have you and your staff : feeling supported, collaborating, trusting each other and taking responsibility for their words, actions and results.

  • Get into and really understand the mindset of each TED role
  • The superpower of each role and how to install them in yourself and your colleagues
  • Learn how to catch yourself in the DDT and make a seamless shift out of it
  • How to see drama in a new, positive light and harness the growth opportunities it offers
  • How to communicate in new and empowering ways - with bonus roleplaying opportunity specific to your environment
  • How to recognise (and create) empowerment champions in your workplace
  • Exercises that will help you implement TED in your daily life
  • Learn the baby steps you can take to drive positive outcomes
  • Full Q&A session that’s relevant to your own situation (with capacity to lodge questions remotely and anonymously).

Also included:

  • Small group activities that will give you a deeper understanding of each role and how to implement them in your workplace.
  • Notebook, pen and comprehensive workbook resource
  • Tea, coffee, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and bottled water - we will contact you to discuss food requirements.
  • Certificate of participation in professional development.

An obligation-free opportunity to access ongoing, subsidised support will be offered at the conclusion of this workshop if requested.

REBOOT MINDSET COACHING

OUR MISSION is to ignite your passion and drive so you can look beyond what you think is possible, and create a life that truly excites you.

About your trainer:

Leanne Shaw has an ability to transform your mindset, relationships, and work culture. She is a communication specialist, and her ability to radically shift peoples’ mindsets in a short period of time has made her an in-demand life coach, leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and corporate trainer.

Her workshops are regularly sold out because people are drawn to her ability to cut to the chase and annihilate mindset blocks with humour and authentic straight talk.

Most of her clients come to her, disillusioned after spending thousands of dollars on therapy, which is why she uses a refreshingly real approach to help them shift blocks fast and affordably.
