Description

Heat up the BBQ and take your Shabbat cooking outside. Come and join the Jewish Food Lab as we learn how to SHA-BBQ with award-winning PitMaster Renea Caroline from The BBQ Yard.

We will be using Pit Barrels to learn how to make our entire Shabbat meal outside. On the menu will be:

  • Reverse Sear Beef Tri-tip

  • BBQ Tofu

  • Roasted Whole Eggplant Baba Ganoush

  • Grilled Corn Salad

  • Smoky Sweet Potatoes

  • Chimichurri

  • Leafy Green Salad

  • And More!

Everything included – All you need to bring is your curiosity, willingness to get a little messy, and a big appetite! Extra points for western wear! Space is limited to 15 people for this one-of-a-kind experience. Adults and kids over 13 are welcome.

Renea Caroline is an award-winning PitMaster with multiple first-place wins, a member of the California BBQ Association and Kansas City BBQ Society, and a KCBS Certified Judge. She is the founder of The BBQ Yard and the original How to BBQ Workshop, where she creates high energy, hands-on experiences that blend BBQ, leadership, and connection. From nonprofit initiatives to elevated corporate events, Renea brings people together through shared experiences, delivering memorable moments that leave a lasting impact.
