Description

Improv is an art built upon many rules and guidelines, but should they always be followed? In this workshop we’ll review some of improvs biggest “rules,” examine why those rules are so important, and practice situations where you can actively play against those rules. Veteran Orange County improviser James Stebick will take you through scene exercises that will teach you to look for those moments where you can disregard the rules and embrace the free form creativity of improv. This class is perfect for both new improvisers learning the basics as well as experienced performers looking to expand their improv skill sets.

Date/Time:
Saturday, June 1
