Presenter(s): Lindsay Morgia, The Data Coach

Program Synopsis:

Data doesn’t have to be scary, and you don’t need a tech team to make it work for you. This session will break down the basics of data management for nonprofits, helping you identify the most important data to track, create simple policies for collection and reporting, and troubleshoot common challenges (like missing, messy, or overwhelming data). Plus, you’ll get practical, non-technical tips on data privacy and security—so you can focus on impact instead of fighting with spreadsheets.

Who Should Attend: Nonprofit staff juggling data responsibilities, executive directors, program managers, and anyone looking to streamline data tracking and reporting.

Subject Areas: Branding, Marketing & Digital Strategy, Governance & Organizational Leadership, Impact Measurement & Evaluation
