Welcome to the Spring Job Fair Employer Registration!
Job Seekers: This is not a registration page for job seekers. Job Seekers do not need to pre-register. Click here to sign up for notifications about the Spring Job Fair.
Booth registration for April 17th is now closed. If you would like to be wait-listed for a booth on the 17th (see industries below) please contact us at info@nsjobfair.ca. Registration for April 18th will remain open until April 15th or until all booths are booked.
Nova Scotia Works, in partnership with the employment centres Job Junction, Opportunity Place, TEAM Work Cooperative and YMCA Halifax, host Job Fairs connecting job seekers and employers.
HRM employers who are actively hiring in Spring 2024 are welcome to register for a complimentary booth space.
You must select only one date that most closely matches your industry. If you anticipate job postings that cross over both days, select the date that has the most job openings. We will list your job opening titles on the event website for all job seekers to view in advance.

Don't Delay! Booths will fill up quickly. Once we reach capacity, a wait list will be created.
Your Complimentary Booth:
All booths are 12' wide x 6' deep with 3' side walls, 8' back wall, pipe and drape.
A skirted table and 2 chairs are included.
Other Features:
Employers will receive a light lunch for a maximum of 2 representatives, plus access to coffee, tea and water, in a private rest area.
Private interview spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the floor.
Job Seekers will have access to a copier service to print or copy their resume.
Interpreters will be available for ASL, French, Ukrainian and other languages TBD.
Parking Information:
Free parking is available onsite.
Power:
Booths will have power drops. You are responsible for bringing your own extension cord.
Cancellations/No Shows:
Significant funds and resources from Nova Scotia Works make it possible to offer booths at the Fall Job Fair at no cost to actively hiring employers. If you are no longer actively hiring, or are not able to staff your booth, please advise us by April 8th. Your booth will be released to the next company on the wait list.
Solicitation:
Employers and their representatives are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, market, offer, sell or otherwise furnish any products or services to the participants of the Job Fair.
