In cooperation with Buncombe County leaders, Reems Creek Volunteer Fire Department and Weaverville Fire Department, we invite you to: Hurricane Helen and Beyond to hear how our community is recovering and rebuilding, and learn the importance of and systems for emergency preparedness. Weeks later, we are hosting a day-long Community Emergency Preparedness Workshop.

you’ll be more knowledgable about immediate safety actions to take in an emergency, be able to assist with neighbors, and keep you and your family safe.
