She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen follows Agnes Evans as she grapples with the death of her teenage sister, Tilly, and discovers Tilly's passion for Dungeons & Dragons. While processing her grief, Agnes ventures into Tilly's fantasy world, a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure filled with homicidal fairies, ogres, and 90s pop culture. The play explores themes of grief, healing, and the power of imagination.
