Ice Magic in Lake Louise tickets are exclusively offered to guests of participating hotel operators within Lake Louise and nearby surrounds. Those eligible for tickets must pre-register by selecting the date and timeslots that remain available on this website. We would politely ask that you don’t share this link with friends or family members who haven’t directly received this from their hotel.
Ice Magic 2026 returns to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and this year carvers will create a gallery of ice sculptures inspired by the theme, “Natural Athletes – Wild Games.”
During the event, you can expect to see six completed ice sculptures.
As there is no event parking at the Upper Lake Louise parking lot, all ticketholders are asked to take a complimentary shuttle bus from the Lake Louise Ski Resort, or if a guest of the hotels, from the Lake Louise Inn or the Mountaineer Lodge for the best Ice Magic experience.
The time on your ticket represents when your complimentary shuttle bus departs from the Lake Louise Ski Resort.
Once you've arrived and parked at the Lake Louise Ski Resort, to check in for Ice Magic, please head to "The Guide's Cabin", down the stairs before the Guest Services building on the left.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your departure time to check-in and load onto the shuttle. Please note weekends will be busier at the Lake Louise Ski Resort, expect delays and parking further away from the check-in.
Details on return shuttle timings will be provided in your email confirmation.
We recommend 1-hour to go through the Ice Magic experience and your timeslot represents this recommendation. However, you are free to stay in Lake Louise as long as you please, with the last shuttle bus departing at 8:00 PM.
Please be considerate when booking tickets and cancelling at least 24 hours in advance if you can no longer attend to allow others to enjoy the experience. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email.
