Begin with a tasting of our Vidal Blanc Ice Wine and Maple Ice Wine, thoughtfully paired with a seasonal appetizer designed to highlight each wine’s natural sweetness, vibrant acidity, and layered complexity.
During the experience, you’ll learn how ice wine is made—from grapes left to freeze naturally on the vine to the delicate pressing process that produces intensely concentrated flavors. We’ll explore why ice wine is so rare, how climate plays a crucial role, and what makes Vidal Blanc and Maple Ice Wine truly special.
The experience continues with an Ice Wine Martini Flight, featuring a selection of creative cocktails that showcase ice wine’s versatility. Enjoy a live demonstration of one featured recipe, complete with tips you can recreate at home.
To finish on a cozy, indulgent note, gather around to roast Ice Wine S’mores, where rich chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and a touch of ice wine come together for the perfect winter treat.
