Thursday, November 6 at 7pm(EST): Often you see a bird of prey at a distance or only get a fleeting glimpse. But now that the leaves are off the trees, you'll see them more often. Join Michelle Campanis, education coordinator with UT Arboretum and naturalist Stephen Lyn Bales for their First Thursday Supper Club via Zoom . In this program you’ll learn some quick tips on identifying local hawks, falcons, vultures, owls, and eagles. The program will be recorded if you cannot attend at the scheduled time and sent to all who register.
Our presenter is local naturalist, author and artist, Stephen Lyn Bales, author of Author of Natural Histories, Ghost Birds, Ephemeral by Nature and the text for Rising From the Ashes all published by the University of Tennessee Press and his new book, We live in a Wonderland.
