Description
Join Reanna Boudrow and our group of fossil experts for a fun and educational session. We wil,l cover Amelia Island fossils - what they are, how to find them, how to identify them and how to recognize look-alikes. This will be a hands-on session with an opportunity to hold Island fossils, which are 2.3 million years old or more. You are also welcome to bring in your own fossils. We will help you make identifications and will provide an official ID card for your favorite item.
Tickets for the event are free with a donation (of fossils, time, or funds). Register online to reserve a seat or drop by the day of the event. Donations can be delivered when you arrive for the event (ask a team member), or, in the case of funds, made either when you register or next time you drop by. See you soon!
