Important Ticket Information & Event Policies
General Admission & Flexible Attendance
Tickets for Imagination Awakened are general admission and may be used on any scheduled event evening throughout October. Tickets are not date-specific, allowing guests the flexibility to choose the evening that works best for their family. Each ticket is valid for one admission to the event.
Purchasing a ticket does not reserve admission for a particular date or time. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times may vary depending on attendance. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and allow additional time during busier evenings.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Because tickets are not tied to a specific date, guests who are unable to attend on their originally planned evening are welcome to use their tickets on another scheduled event night.
Weather Policy
Imagination Awakened is a rain-or-shine experience! Our magical gardens will remain open during typical fall weather, including light rain. In the event of severe weather or conditions that may compromise the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to delay or cancel an event evening.
If an evening is canceled due to weather, unused tickets will remain valid for any remaining scheduled event evening. Weather-related announcements and updates will be shared through the Imagination Preservation Society Facebook page.
