Share Theater 47 is an intimate 200 seat venue nestled in the southern suburb of Park Forest, IL. The theater also serves as home for many talented actors, actresses, singers, dancers and musicians who perform with the Theater 47 Performing Arts Group. The venue is available to rent for both private and corporate events.
Description
Musical loosely based off of the novel. Bea Pullman and her daughter Jessie have had a hard time making ends meet since Bea's husband died. Help comes in the form of Delilah Johnson, who agrees to work as Bea's housekeeper in exchange for a room for herself and her daughter Peola. Bea comes up with a plan to market Delilah's pancake recipe. The two soon become wealthy and as the years go on, their friendship deepens. A love story that will make you laugh, cry and appreciate the one's in your life.
