Improv 201: Improv Scene Work 

This level focuses on a study of emotion, relationship, point-of-view, and environment; what makes an improvised scene work.

  • This class covers fundamental structural components of scene work, heightening/beats, transitions/edits, callbacks, and group scenes.
  • Classes meet for 8 weeks, with 2.5-hour sessions. All classes take place on-stage at ImprovCity's main theater located at 138 W. Main St., Tustin, CA 92780.
  • After 8 weeks, class culminates in a student showcase on the ImprovCity stage for family, friends and fans.

 

CLASS PREREQUISITE:
ImprovCity's Improv 101 class, or the equivalent from another established improv school or training center. Email improvcity@improvcityonline.com for registration passcode.
