IMPROV 301: Improv Character Development and Storytelling 

  • PROMOTIONAL CODE REQUIRED TO ENROLL IN CLASS. CONTACT IMPROVCITY FOR CODE IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE IT.

This class focuses on advanced character development and storytelling.

  • Students will learn a five-stage method to developing rich, three-dimensional characters, with a focus on specifics, backstory, and vocal/physical performance.
  • Students will learn the concept of scene edits/transitions & callbacks.
  • Class will have a student showcase at the end of the course.

Minimum of 7 people registered for class to proceed. Class maximum is 16 students.

Cancellation policy: Partial prorated refund available up to the third week of class. After third week no refunds will be given.

​ImprovCity shows feature professional improv comedians performing short-form improvised games, scenes and songs in a high energy comedic style. And since the show is improvised, no two shows are ever the same!
