Description

It's all fun and games as we teach the basics of doing improv for an audience. Even if you've never performed in person before or it's been years since you had the lead in your high school play, this class is designed to be a 6 week immersion in technique, skill and fun. For non thespians the class will help boost confidence when speaking in public, presenting in business settings, and helps establish a "Yes, and" culture in your personal life. For actors and performers, the class will provide a good basic overview of how to do Improv.

Your instructor has served as creative director for Schrodingers Cat, and uses improv in his business dealings as well. Think of the course like summer camp, but for adults!

Ticket price is for the entire six week course.

Le Chat Noir

Le Chat Noir (The Black Cat) is an intimate 60-100 seat theatre with attached lobby and full service bar that echoes a 19th century cabaret after one too many absinthes. Like it’s namesake, Le Chat Noir exists to produce and present entertainment to the CSRA that was previously not being offered.
