About:
This workshop aims to harness the principles of improvisation to cultivate a positive mindset and enhance everyday interactions. Participants will engage in various improv exercises and discussions designed to promote positivity, resilience, supportive relationships, and cultivating a positive mindset & approach to life's challenges.
Improvisation can be a great tool for fostering positive thinking!
Victoria Wagner is Improv 502’s Executive & Artistic Director and Asst. Dir. of Education. She has been performing improv & theatre for over 17 years and teaching for over 6 years.
