An Intimate Evening of Quilts, Conversation & Connection
What if Quilt Show weekend began not with a lecture or a meet-and-greet...but with an evening that felt like an artist reception?
Imagine walking into a warmly lit space where beautiful quilts are displayed like works of art, conversations flow easily, appetizers and refreshments are in hand, and some of today's most inspiring quilting teachers are there—not behind a podium, but among friends.
That's the vision behind In Good Company, a brand-new event making its debut at this year's Quilt Show.
Designed to be relaxed, elegant, and welcoming, In Good Company offers guests the opportunity to spend an evening with our featured teachers in a way that traditional quilt events rarely allow. Rather than brief introductions and formal presentations, the evening will feature thoughtful conversation, personal stories, and opportunities to get to know the artists behind the quilts.
You'll hear about the moments that shaped their quilting journeys, the inspirations behind their work, and the experiences that led them to become the teachers and makers we admire today. Throughout the evening, you'll also have time to mingle, enjoy refreshments, visit with the teachers, and experience the warmth and creativity that make our quilting community so special.
Whether you're attending Quilt Show for the first time or have been coming for years, In Good Company is designed to be one of the highlights of the weekend—a memorable evening celebrating creativity, friendship, and our shared love of quilting.
Tickets are $49 per person and include an evening of conversation, light refreshments, and a few special touches we've been carefully planning to make this an experience you'll remember long after Quilt Show weekend is over.
We can't wait to welcome you In Good Company.
Doors open at 5:00pm
This event is being held at the Ag Building A and you will need to enter the “G” gate off Broadway to park and enter the building. If you are attending the show and want to attend the event, you’ll want to move your vehicle so you can park nearer to the event.
*A Quilt Show Admissions ticket is NOT required to attend this event-only the special Event Ticket for In Good Company. But all those quilts and vendors are not to be missed-stop in over the weekend to see it all!
