Frequently Asked Questions
Where should we park?
For these special events, we’ll allow free parking in the loading lane along Gateway Blvd (furthest left lane, against the east side of the building).
When the loading lane fills up, there are many affordable paid parking options in the area (see a map of parking options here).
What if I have allergies/dietary restrictions?
Chef Shane is happy to make accommodations where necessary! Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions during checkout or email us at office@osfm.ca at least 5 days prior to your reservation.
Are these events vegetarian and/or vegan-friendly?
Most items can be modified to fit a vegetarian diet, please just let us know at least 5 days prior to your reservation.
At this time, vegan options are not available.
Is the venue wheelchair-accessible?
Yes.
What happens if I can’t make it? Are tickets refundable/transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable after 24-hours from your purchase. You can transfer your tickets to another person by emailing us at office@osfm.ca no later than 48 hours before your reservation.
