Our speaker, Lee Meadows, Ph.D, is an adjunct Professor of Management at Walsh College and a Consultant with over 30 years of experience working in, consulting for, writing about and presenting on Human Resource issues.

The purpose of his presentation is to present tools, strategies, and ways in which the formal leadership titles within payroll can have an influential impact outside of the role. Much of what is accomplished is the direct result of relationships that are connected by formality and processes, but is, often times, spear headed by influences within the organizational structure.
