There’s a younger version of you who still lives within—the part that felt deeply, dreamed freely, and maybe didn’t always feel safe, seen, or heard.
This intention-set sound bath is a journey back to that inner child… not to relive the pain, but to offer healing, safety, and unconditional love.
Through the healing frequencies of sound, we’ll gently soften into the past to reconnect with the innocence, sensitivity, and joy that may have been buried. This session is for anyone holding onto emotional weight from childhood, or simply longing to feel more nurtured, whole, and at peace within themselves.
You’ll be guided to:
🌿 Release stored emotions
🌿 Reconnect with forgotten parts of yourself
🌿 Offer compassion and reparenting to your inner child
🌿 Create space for softness, forgiveness, and deep rest
No experience necessary—just bring an open heart, a willingness to feel, and anything that brings you comfort (blanket, journal, photo, small item from childhood).
