DESCRIPTION OF THE GROUP: Is your child quick to anger, feeling anxious, overwhelmed by their emotions and feelings, or struggling with their ADHD? This coping skills group will take a deeper look at deep breathing strategies, talking or journaling about their feelings, using physical coping skills and positive self-talk.
