Description
*Participants will meet at the Lake Club by 9:45, to be shuttled to Bear Creek Park.
In celebration of the International Day of Forests, Bear Lake Reserve invites you to slow down, reconnect, and restore through a nature-based wellness experience.
We will meet participants at the Lake Club, then shuttle together to Bear Creek Park to begin a 1.5–2 hour Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) session led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide. Through gentle, sensory-based invitations and mindful walking, you’ll experience the forest with intention—supporting relaxation, presence, and connection. The experience will culminate in a calming tea ceremony in the woods.
Following the forest bathing session, participants will be shuttled back to the Lake Club for a lunch included with your ticket price, followed by a Bear Education & Safety Talk from a knowledgeable member of our community, offering practical guidance for enjoying the outdoors responsibly in bear country.
Space is limited. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Weather permitting.
