This year at Ladies That Lift, we are celebrating International Women's Day on Saturday, 28 th of February 2026. We will have a panel of all-female speakers, food and drinks provided nd over $550 of prizes up for grabs!
We're bringing together women who lead, challenge, rebuild, question, and rise in their own way.
This isn't a panel about perfection.
It's about strength, identity, resilience, and the realities of being a woman today.
In fact, we're sharing our own stories of struggles to triumphs on the theme of Balance The Scales, from being a single mum, gut, stress and skin health, a mid-wife whose seen the very raw and realness of being a woman, how to speak confidently about yourself (literally we have a life coach that everyone will be able to learn from ), how strength will robust your body and brain into old age, breaking down the beauty standards and filters of social media and so much more...
We want to keep this event REAL, because we are real women. This isn't Instagram, we're all human, and how often do you truly get to hear the stories of the women around you, sharing their truths, without filters or good editing.
THIS IS A NO JUDGEMENT ZONE, and the women speaking are sharing their own stories.
You will leave this room feeling proud to be a woman, inspired to be a woman, and a lot more connected to the women in real life, not on social media.
You will leave with a new connection, both in location and people as-well as well as $550 in prizes up for grabs (you have to be in it to win it).
