Bio of our CrossFit passion:

Our passion for fitness has been embedded in us since we were teenagers. Andy and Cathy met in a gym 35+ years ago. We found CrossFit as athletes in 2014 and fell in love with the exercise methodology and the community of people. Started Adventure Awaits CrossFit in 2019 and have been blessed ever since. One of the best things about CrossFit is that it can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. Unlike traditional gyms that require a lot of time and effort, CrossFit can be done in just an hour or so. This makes it easy to balance CrossFit with other aspects of your life, such as work, family, and other hobbies. Additionally, CrossFit can help with your mental health, leaving your stress on the gym floor. We are here to welcome you and have created a supportive atmosphere. A place where you can create new friends who share similar interests and goals.
