Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of figure skating this fall at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center! Our small-group Intro to Figure Skating classes are perfect for anyone who’s new to the ice or looking to refine basic skills in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Skaters will learn proper posture, forward and backward marching, basic two-foot spins, beginner forward and backward crossovers, and essential edge work—building confidence and balance with every session.

Each session is capped at just 16 skaters to ensure personalized attention. Each week includes a 40-minute lesson and 40 minutes of practice time.

Whether you have your own skates or need rentals, join us this season and take your first steps toward graceful gliding and fun on the ice!
