Intro to Wearable Leather Workshop & Skill Share
Join us for an introduction to wearable leather craft — in this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to make your own leather choker!
Leather crafter Danielle leads a night of queer leathercrafting. The goal of he workshop is learn some of the basics of leathercrafting and to create your own handmade leather choker. The design and style the workshop focuses on is a minimalist O-ring design, with a riveted construction--so no sewing, stitching or lining. We will go over the steps together. The workshop is structured with beginners in mind and all are welcome. If you’d like to work on your own design, you are welcome to do so as well.
A rivet press, rotary handheld hole punches, and other tools will be available for attendees to share.
Materials are included in the price of the workshop.
