• Allowing space for new beginnings aligned with authenticity and inner power.
This session is an opportunity to rest, receive, and gently unfold into the next version of yourself, held in both tenderness and balance.
Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket if you feel called to, so you can be fully comfortable during the experience. 🤍
