Soda Bread - served with whipped Kerry gold butter, Irish cheeses, mustard crusted potatoes, beer pickled mustard seeds
Paired with Jameson Orange

 

SECOND COURSE
Potato Soup and Bangers - Creamy potato soup with sliced English bangers and a red onion marmalade
Paired with Jameson 

 

THIRD COURSE
Traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage - Served with roasted red potatoes, apple cider carrots, and a mustard/horseradish sauce

FOURTH COURSE
Chocolate Guinness Stout Cake - Served with a chocolate ganache and Lucky Charms crumble
