More than just a happy hour, aperitivo is a ritual of slowing down—of gathering, sipping, and savoring small bites designed to awaken the palate and spark conversation.
In this instructor-led demonstration, you’ll watch as classic Italian aperitivo-style snacks are prepared, from briny marinated olives and crostini layered with seasonal toppings to light, vibrant bites that highlight simple, high-quality ingredients. Pair your meal with delicious aperitivo drinks like the Aperol Spritz and other refreshing spritz variations that will be available for purchase at our fully stocked bar.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 2.5 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
