We’re partnering with guest chef and James Beard nominee Jeremy Hanson, who has crafted a four course menu inspired by the flavors of Italy while celebrating the richness of the Pacific Northwest. Each course is paired with a hand selected Italian wine chosen to elevate and highlight chef Jeremy’s creative dishes. It’s a night designed for curious palates, lively conversation, and the playful, service centric hospitality Taste is known for.

Chef Jeremy Hansen brings a deeply personal approach to the table, one shaped by decades in fine dining, James Beard recognition, and a lifelong belief that food should nourish as much as it inspires. His cooking blends classical technique with seasonal restraint, drawing from time spent in New York, the Pacific Northwest, and kitchens rooted in place and purpose. This dinner is not about spectacle, but about clarity: how thoughtful ingredients, honest cooking, and intentional wine pairings can tell a story together. Each course has been designed to unfold slowly, allowing guests to experience how time, terroir, and technique shape flavor. Expect a meal that feels grounded, generous, and quietly memorable. This is an evening for those who appreciate food with meaning, and wine with a sense of place.
Your ticket includes a welcome glass of bubbles followed by the full four course menu and wine pairing. Tickets are $105 per guest, with a special $89 price for Taste Wine Club members. Gratuity is not included and can be paid the evening of the dinner.
