Description

Amaro, translated literally as “bitter,” is an herbal liqueur traditionally enjoyed as a digestif. Delightfully complex and bittersweet, it’s also used as an element in many modern cocktails and kitchen recipes. Today, there are hundreds of different Amari ranging from light and sweet to big, bold, and herbaceous. 

In this class, host Josh Islas will guide guests through a formal tasting of 10 different amaros ranging in style and flavor.

Food will be available for purchase, so come hungry!
