It’s hard to believe there was ever a time in the U.S. when alcohol was illegal, but it was! Step back in time with us to the Roaring 20’s when you had to go underground for a drink.
Pull out your finest flapper gown or tux, and head on over to our gin joint as we transform No Thyme to Cook into a prohibition-era speakeasy complete with jazz music provided by Groovespan, nibbles, and all of your favorite cocktails. From the Bee’s Knees to the Sidecar, this very special evening is sure to be the cat’s meow!

Included with their ticket is one appetizer from the list below. Olive medely and mixed nuts will additionally be made available for each guest.

What To Expect
- Length: Reservation times are 7 PM, 7:15 PM, 7:30 PM and 7:45 PM. Please arrive at your reserved time.
- Format: Experience. Welcome to dress in 1920's style.
- Instructor: Chef Muriel
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
