This masterclass is inspired by busy professionals who 'lack' time to themselves and want to introduce habits that will add balance and harmony to their everyday life.

Beatriz from Novellus Skin Care has created a skin care brand focused on bringing a holistic and natural approach to self-care, beauty and skincare. 

Kirstin from The Time Fix is joining us to share time mindset tips and behavioural based productivity knowledge, along with a devine natural aromatherapy range to help ground ourselves. 

And our sponsor Ana from Soulness will give us the presence of silence. To quiet the noise and the to-do list, to centre ourselves and create that time and space just for you.
