Description

Japanese curry is a delicious, thick, stew-like curry with vegetables such as potatoes and carrots. It tends to be sweeter than other curries and is less spicy. It is really rich in 'umami' flavor. The curry is served over steamed rice with katsu, a crispy breaded pork cutlet.
