Description
Join Eiko Sensei for a hands-on introduction to Japanese tapas.
This workshop focuses on otsumami, traditional appetizers commonly served at Japanese izakayas. Participants will be guided through authentic recipes, using traditional techniques and ingredients.
The class will be held outdoors in the Willows space at our Willowbrook campus. We recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable.
This limited-space workshop is for adults only. The class fee includes all necessary materials to create your own otsumami dish. Beverages and light refreshments will be provided.
Parents whose student will remain on campus during the workshop must be currently enrolled in enrichment and after-school child care. A limited number of slots are available to sign up for a one-time enrichment fee for students K1 and older.
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP PROMPTLY BY 5:30 P.M. Parents are responsible for supervising their children after 5:30 p.m.
