Step into the comforting, nostalgic world of the classic Jewish deli, only Vegan & Gluten-Free. This cooking class celebrates the flavors that have made the Jewish deli an American culinary icon. Participants learn to craft beloved staples from scratch, exploring techniques. From Chicken Soup, Hearty Kugel, Black & White Cookies, and Babka, your experience will be a sweet one!
This class blends practical cooking skills with not-so-classic ingredients. Perfect for home cooks, food lovers, and anyone who appreciates comfort food with deep roots. No prior experience needed—just curiosity and an appetite.
Due to limited seating and upfront costs of food and preparation, our baking and cooking class events are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to attend. This class will take place in our Vegan Gluten Free dedicated kitchen. We use soy, nuts, corn, and other ingredients that could interfere with you enjoying the class if they are an allergen for you. Please contact lisa@papaganache.com to discuss any allergens that might be of concern prior to registration to ensure that you are able to enjoy the class.
Please wear your hair UP and covered. Prior to class, please remove jewelry, earrings, or anything that could accidentally fall into production.
