Join us for lunch at Tsion Café, a cozy Ethiopian restaurant in Harlem, where owner Beejhy will share the rich history and culture of this ancient community as we enjoy Ethiopian-Jewish cuisine!

The fully vegan and Kosher menu welcomes everyone, with gluten-free options available! Reserve your spot now — plates are $75 each.

MEET CHEF BEEJHY

Beejhy Barhany is an Ethiopian-born, Israeli-raised chef and activist who has called Harlem home for the past 20 years. A proud Black Ethiopian-Jewish woman, she celebrates her rich heritage through the food and events at Tsion Café, sharing this vibrant culture with her community. She is also the founder of the Beta Israel of North America Cultural Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to showcasing the culture of Ethiopian Jews and all Jews of Color.
