Description
Our Four Week Spring Swim Sessions taking place on 4 consecutive Thursday Evenings (30 April, 7th, 14th, 21st May) will guide you through the missing elements of your stroke to help you improve form and fitness ready for a summer of swim success. There will be no more than six people per session and swimming in the Jubilee Pool (a 33m pool) we will have our own swim squad lane.
