Crafted with the whiskey drinker in mind, Case 1 Sherry Cask Finish Aged Caribbean Rum undergoes a final maturation in an Oloroso Sherry barrel for three years. This secondary aging adds layers of depth, marrying the rum’s natural warmth with bold notes of fig, toasted almond, dried fruit, and spice. The result is a velvety, full-bodied rum that’s as complex as it is smooth—perfect for sipping or creating elevated takes on classic rum cocktails.
