Bin6South is an intimate Wine Café and Bottle Shop actualized by owner Bren Ankrum and team. The restaurant is led by a handful of Chefs, a few of which gathered experience from the Culinary Institute of America and multiple Michelin Star restaurants, and a few Sommeliers.

The restaurant is a handmade gem built from scratch by the same team that operates it. It houses twelve seats, six of which reside at a community table while the other six are front and center in the kitchen. The cozy cafe is also home to a custom wine cellar which houses over two hundred carefully curated, global wine labels, and is nestled in the corner for every patron to see.
