Ever wonder why there are more than 1,200 pasta shapes? For every shape there is a purpose. In this advanced class, you will learn how to create unique pasta shapes, fillings and sauces using handmade egg dough. Pasta shapes will include: Tortellini, Fusilli, Cappellacci, Farfalle, Ravioli, and many more. Fillings will include: Spinach-Ricotta, Butternut Squash, Pecan & Italian Sausage, Prosciutto & Cheese. We will also prepare the following sauces: Butter and Fresh Sage, Pesto, Alfredo and Tomato.

$99 The VIP Experience (arrive up to one hour before the start of the class to enjoy a complimentary drink with an artisan cheese board; then take part and enjoy all of the food and beverages that are prepared during the class)
