To Start: Peach-Blackberry Party Punch & Homemade Cheese Straws
Tequila, bubbles, fresh peaches + blackberries
The Main Event: The Ultimate Southern Vegetable Plate
Heirloom Tomato Pie, Summer Squash Ribbons Salad, Potlikker-Braised Lady Peas, Corn Ribs with Alabama White Sauce
For Dessert: Summer Peach Panna Cotta
A blissfully cool dessert of sweetened cream and vanilla beans, soft-set with a hint of gelatin and topped with boozy peaches
THE PROJECT
After dinner is done and the plates are cleared, we’ll embark upon a fun and easy pottery project—Pedestal Bowls. These stunning footed bowls will look just as gorgeous on your counter displaying fruits and vegetables as they will holding fresh blooms on your dining room table.
