Karsh West has a new Collaboration and a new volunteer program starting in July! Come to our next Lunch and Learn on June 16th to learn more and to meet the staff of Safe Parking LA. Founded in 2017, SPLA is now the largest Safe Parking program in Los Angeles. By employing underutilized parking lots, they are able to fill a gap in homeless services by addressing the unique problems faced by adults and families whose only source of shelter is their vehicle.
Karsh West would like to coordinate once a month food delivery and company to SPLA's clients on a Westside parking lot. We will need volunteers, so come learn more about Safe Parking LA and our plans to support their work! All are welcome!
